Decent stay with some drawbacks

The location near Darling Harbour was quite convenient. Walking to waterfront restaurants and attractions was easy. The 24-hour gym allowed me to exercise at any time. The breakfast buffet provided many options to choose from.

The room's sound insulation was not sufficient. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The lack of cutlery in the room was inconvenient. I only had coffee spoons. Housekeeping did not replenish milk and tea bags sufficiently.

the club lounge access enhanced my experience. complimentary drinks and snacks each afternoon seemed generous. the lounge provided a relaxing space. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast with its really good variety and freshness.

i found the walk to public transport slightly uphill. it was a minor inconvenience. the location isn't the most accessible.

the room was clean and spacious i loved it. it provided comfort. the new portion of the hotel overlooked darling harbour i remember well and it was fine, a view i won't forget.

the staff were warm and very helpful they deserve mentioning. i appreciated the quick accommodation. xavier was kind to accommodate us early. he also provided a complimentary room upgrade.

Acceptable Place near Darling Harbour

I liked the rooms size. It had everything I needed and expect from a hotel of this quality. The hotel is centrally situated for seeing all the sights. The location was spot on.

The room smell was off putting, like septic. The parking was in a terrible state. There was next to no availability in the car park and getting in and out was not great with traffic.

we appreciated the friendly staff. the king room had a comfortable bed. the location was convenient.. darling harbour was within easy walking distance. wilson parking across the road added convenience.

the in-room dining qr code was not immediately visible. it was only found after turning on the tv.

the bar staff demonstrated excellent service by opening a fresh bottle of sparkling wine when the initial one was flat, indicating responsiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction. the reception staff also provided drink vouchers upon arrival.

The staff were helpful. The location is convenient with easy access to local attractions. The blackout shades in the room allowed for restful sleep. The air conditioning worked very well maintaining a comfortable temperature.

The noise from the elevator was noticeable early in the morning.

the location is easily accessible to top tourist attractions. it is also walking distance to shopping centres and the ferry terminal. the room was a good size and well equipped.

i booked a hotel suite for two nights. i returned around 2pm to find the room had not been serviced. it took a number of calls to get someone to service the room.
